CTTW INC. Innovations for the Past - Present - and - Future! |
| |
|
| Our company started in April of 2007. We offer professional services in a multitude of different business areas ranging from the past, present, and future technologies of our time. These services are broken down into sub-divisions of our corporation. One of our main objectives and what launched the company from the beginning is the preservation of our agricultural past for the youth of the present and for future generations to come. Coming from a farming background and the love of old tractors the Founder and CEO launched the resources you are about to discover here.
(CENTRAL TEXAS TRACTOR WORKS)
The photos you see on the right are present and ongoing projects that we are working on at this time. Number one photo is an original sales flyer from the 1950's for the Massey Ferguson Model 88 tractor. Photos two and three are the propane version of that model that we have been working on and pulling at local tractor pulls now for the past several years. It has done very well and has won quite a few first place trophies along with many second and third place ribbons. These two photos happen to be the first pull we went to in the spring of the 2007 season at Boerne Texas. Photos four and five are of a 1949 Oliver 77 Standard that we picked up South of San Antonio. It had been sitting in the field for several years. We are in the process of complete tear down and rebuilding of this tractor at the present time and hope to have it mechanically ready to go to a pull some time this year 2008. We will be posting more photos of these two tractors and their progress as we finish to get this website put together.
If you have an old tractor or would like to obtain one for show or for pulling get in contact with us and we can help. Also if you have a tractor that you would like to repair or restore get in touch with us so we can put you on our list and get your project started as soon as possible.
And last of all we are looking for people who would be interested in starting up an Antique Tractor Club in the San Marcos area. Our goal is to acquire a tract of land through donation or purchase to build a agriculture museum and club grounds for the community of Hays County. The members joining this club would all have a common interest in preserving the farm machines of the past for future generations to see and have a place to hold yearly activities and club meetings. This part of our company is a non profit organization and is for the benefit of the community. We except any and all contributions for this endeavor. Thanks for stopping by our site and enjoy your stay. We hope you find something informative or of interest.
